A very good co to deal with.

I always love the frames I get from Zenni. I love the fact that I can get additional accessories for them so inexpensivly. Even with a ton of stuff I only spend about $70.00. I got the glasses, sunglass clip on, 3D clip on AND an eye protection piece. Costs $200.00 from an eye dr for JUST the glasses. And they have the same turn around time from the lab.

Absolutely love my new glasses. They fit well. I was worried about the prescription part of it but no need to worry my vision is great!

I've purchased several pairs of glasses from Zenni. While the quality is fine just know you are not going to be getting good quality customer service. The glasses I purchased in March broke when I bumped into something at the end of May. Although it was more than 30 days beyond the warranty, the company offered to replace them. What they did not inform me of was that they would only replace the frames not the lenses. Because this happened while on vacation, I thought great, don't need to haul these home! However, they ONLY replaced the frames and failed to inform me that they would not be Rx. Had I known of course I would have saved the lenses. In short, I gotta buy a new pair because I bumped into a door frame. Annoying that a lack of clear instructions cost me a pair of glasses. What seemed like a lovely gesture and gave me a sense of being valued as a customer now has me feeling like this company doesn't stand behind their products or even take customer satisfaction into consideration.

I'm very disgruntled. The policy states that accessories are 100% refunded, and my mistake - I didn't realize that eyeglasses aren't accessories. I now have this huge credit that I can apply to - what? More frames? Cases?
I get that that is the policy that the people working at Zenni parrot off, but when I want to know why I can't return simple frames (not with prescription lenses), like you can at your eye dr or any drugstore, anywhere really, the answer came back that it was because they might have to return them to China. That makes no sense.
The choices are good and the frames are pretty, but it feels like they're hiding behind their policy that is a stupid one in the first place. Again, it is on the website, but it's not exactly clear and since I never imagined plain frames couldn't be returned, I didn't analyze it.

This was my first time ordering prescription glasses online and I was not disappointed. It took me a little while to get the hang of the website but that's just because I'm not very tech savvy. It's actually a very good site and when I was finished and placed my order I received an email back that questioned one of my prescription numbers that seemed off. I double checked and it was correct but I was impressed that Zenni caught what they thought was an error before proceeding. After that it was a breeze, the glasses came in the timeframe they gave me, they were a perfect fit, the prescription was great and I love the way they look. I had spent up to $1000 for a pair of glasses in the past. The fact that I got such a quality pair for under $100 was unbelievable! I highly recommend Zenni and so does my ophthalmologist as his office originally referred them to me. I have purchased 2 pair now (one sunglasses) and both are just right.

These glasses were for my husband, Leon Autry. He couldn’t see anything through them, blurry! We returned them and only received 1/2 credit. We don’t feel it was his fault, he didn’t make them, you did.

I have purchased glasses from Zenni for a few years now. I love the assortment of frames that is available, the terrific customer service and the quality. Every year I get a new pair of glasses and a new prescription from my eye doctor, and then I turn right around and order a pair - oftentimes two pair - from Zenni. I almost always get the clip-on sunglass lens, too. Pretty terrific!
